Maximum Accrual. Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached. Maximum Accrual. Employees will be allowed to accrue vacation in the amount that is earned for the year. During a calendar year, that amount may exceed the maximum, however, on December 31st of each year the number of vacation hours accrued shall be automatically reduced to the maximum.

Maximum Accrual. The maximum accrual of vacation leave for any employee shall be three hundred sixty (360) hours. The Board of Commissioners may authorize individual exemptions to this limitation; however, if an employee leaves the employer’s service, the employee may be reimbursed for not more than three hundred sixty (360) hours.
