Maximum Accrual. Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached. When an employee’s vacation reaches the maximum level, and if the employee has been denied vacation during the twelve (12) months, the employee will be paid for the time denied but no more than eighty (80) hours in a pay period. 80 hours 320 hours 120 hours 480 hours 160 hours 640 hours 180 hours 720 hours 200 hours 800 hours 240 hours 960 hours

Maximum Accrual. Employees will be allowed to accrue vacation in the amount that is earned for the year. During a calendar year, that amount may exceed the maximum, however, on December 31st of each year the number of vacation hours accrued shall be automatically reduced to the maximum.
Maximum Accrual. An employee may accrue a maximum of forty-five (45) work days of 10 annual leave. Annual leave shall not be granted prior to the time it is earned and shall be used only 11 with the approval of the superintendent upon the recommendation of the employee’s supervisor.

Employees at the maximum will not accrue vacation leave until the vacation leave is below the maximum. The Department Head and employee will, while considering the needs of the department, schedule sufficient vacation to avoid the employee reaching the maximum accrual. Should the employee fail to request time off, the Department Head may schedule the vacation to the extent necessary to ensure the employee does not reach the maximum accrual.
Maximum Accrual. Vacation leave may be accrued up to, but not beyond three (3) times the employee's maximum annual accrual.
Maximum Accrual. Employees shall not accumulate more than 600 hours of annual leave. It is the mutual responsibility of the employee and the Department Head to insure that no employee shall exceed the maximum accrual.
Maximum Accrual. The maximum accrual of vacation leave for any employee shall be three hundred sixty (360) hours. The Board of Commissioners may authorize individual exemptions to this limitation; however, if an employee leaves the employer’s service, the employee may be reimbursed for not more than three hundred sixty (360) hours.
Maximum Accrual. Employees shall not accrue more than six hundred forty (640) hours into his/her PTO account. Hours earned in excess of six hundred forty (640) hours shall automatically be forfeited.
Maximum Accrual. Employees may accrue vacation days up to but not exceeding one and one-half (1-1/2) times their annual entitlement but, in that event, the Health Centre cannot guarantee that such vacation entitlement may be taken consecutively. However, the Health Centre will endeavour to accommodate requests for consecutive use of the full accumulation during non-peak periods. Furthermore, at the point of such accumulation, following a discussion with the employee regarding preference, a portion of the vacation will be scheduled.
