Maximum Allocation to Five Largest Managers. No Borrower shall at any time permit the aggregate fair market value of such Borrower’s investments managed by the five investment managers managing the five largest percentages (determined on the basis of fair market value) of such Borrower’s investments to exceed such Borrower’s Maximum Allocation.
