Maximum Amount of Grant Funds. The amount of the Grant Funds authorized for disbursement hereunder shall not exceed <<INSERT DOLLAR AMOUNT>> Dollars ($<<INSERT AMOUNT>>) during the Term of the Agreement, plus any Contingent Amount (as defined below) authorized by City and certified as available by the Controller (collectively, the “Grant Amount”).
