Maximum Amount of Grant Funds. (a) In no event shall the amount of Grant Funds disbursed hereunder exceed Thirty Four Million Three Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred Forty Eight Dollars ($34,326,248).
(b) Grantee understands that, of the Maximum Amount of Grant Funds listed under Article 5.1 (a) of this Agreement, Four Million Two Hundred Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Three Dollars ($4,211,253) is included as a contingency amount and is neither to be used in Budget(s) attached to this Agreement or available to Grantee without a modification to the Appendix B, Budget, which has been approved by the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing. Grantee further understands that no payment for any portion of this contingency amount will be made unless and until a modification or revision has been fully approved and executed in accordance with applicable City and Department laws, regulations, policies/procedures and certification as to the availability of funds by Controller. Xxxxxxx agrees to fully comply with these laws, regulations, and policies/procedures.

Maximum Amount of Grant Funds. Grantee further understands that no payment for any portion of this contingency amount will be made unless and until a modification or revision has been fully approved and executed in accordance with applicable City and Department laws, regulations, policies/procedures and certification as to the availability of funds by Controller. Maximum Amount of Grant Funds of the Agreement currently reads as follows: “In no event shall the amount of Grant Funds disbursed hereunder exceed SIX MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND Dollars ($6,440,000).” Such section is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: “In no event shall the amount of Grant Funds disbursed hereunder exceed SIX MILLION SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND Dollars ($6,627,000).”
Maximum Amount of Grant Funds. In no event shall the amount of Grant Funds disbursed hereunder exceed the amount identified in Appendix A (Grant Plan).

The maximum amount of Grant Funds disbursed hereunder shall not exceed Total Not To Exceed Dollar Amount Spelled out Dollars ($xxx,xxx) for the period from Start Date to Expiration Date (full term of grant). Grantee understands that the maximum amount of Grant Funds disbursement identified above in Section 5.1 of this Agreement, includes the amount shown as the contingent amount and may not to be used in Program Budget(s) attached to this Agreement as Appendix B, and is not available to Grantee without a written revision to the Program Budgets of Appendix B approved by Agency. Grantee further understands that no payment of any portion of this contingency amount will be made unless and until such funds are certified as available by Controller. Xxxxxxx agrees to fully comply with these laws, regulations, and policies and procedures.
