Common use of Maximum Client Days Clause in Contracts

Maximum Client Days. a. The County has a budget for services of this nature. Contractor expressly acknowledges and understands that the County’s budget is for all of County’s special services placements in Board & Cares, depending on the needs of the client, as decided by the sole discretion of the County. The Contractor expressly acknowledges and understands that the County will seek other placements, including, but not limited to, other licensed Board & Cares. The County may choose to place all of its clients in Contractor’s facility or none of County’s clients in Contractor’s facility. County will only be obligated for the number of client days actually used at the rates established herein. There are no oral amendments to this Contract. No County employee has the authority to bind the County by authorizing client days in excess of the limits stated in this Contract.
