The sum of the Net Book Values of all specialized Containers (other than twenty foot (20’) dry freight, forty foot (40’) dry freight or forty foot (40’) high cube dry freight cargo Containers and refrigerated Containers) then owned by the Issuer shall not exceed an amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the Aggregate Net Book Value on such date;
