Maximum Daily Call. The maximum scheduled playing time per day will not exceed 6 hours spread across a maximum of 2 sessions unless in the case of a long opera or long concert performances (as per 6.2.3) when there can be 2.5 sessions.

Maximum Duration Up to five years. The five-year period is a cumulative total of all absences from employment at the University due to the employee’s service in the military. If it appears that an employee has exceeded the five-year total, the appropriate University Human Resources office must be contacted to verify the total length of the employee’s military service, and determine the department’s obligation to place the employee.
Minimum Daily Pay (a) The Employer shall pay the employee a minimum of two (2) hours pay at his/her regular rate of pay upon reporting to work for a scheduled shift.
Maximum Accrual Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached. Average Daily Balance To get the "Average Daily Balance" of Purchases, we take the beginning balance of your Credit Card account each day, add any new Purchases, and subtract any Cash Advances, payments, or other credits which were applied to Purchases, unpaid FINANCE CHARGES, late charges, membership fees, and other fees. If you paid the Purchases balance in full by the Payment Due Date in the previous billing cycle, in the current billing cycle we will credit payments otherwise applicable to Purchases based on our allocation method as of the first day of the current billing cycle. These computations give us the Purchases daily balance. To get the "Average Daily Balance" of Cash Advances, we take the beginning balance each day, add any new Cash Advances, and subtract any Purchases, payments, or other credits which were applied to Cash Advances, unpaid FINANCE CHARGES, late charges, membership fees, and other fees. This gives us the Cash Advances daily balance. Then we add up all of the Purchases or Cash Advance daily balances for the billing period and divide each total by the number of days in the billing period. This gives us the "Average Daily Balances."
Maximum Contract Amount 4.4.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the City’s maximum payment obligation will not exceed ($_) (the “Maximum Contract Amount”). The City is not obligated to execute an agreement or any amendments for any further services, including any services performed by the Contractor beyond that specifically described in Exhibit A. Any services performed beyond those in Exhibit A or performed outside the Term are performed at the Contractor’s risk and without authorization under this Agreement.

Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.
Maximum Accumulation Maximum accumulation amounts apply only to the amount of annual leave that may be carried over from one leave year to the next, and do not limit accumulated leave balances during the leave year.
