Rehearsal Overtime. 10.4.1 All scheduled rehearsal overtime is calculated in units of fifteen minutes and paid at the rate shown in Schedule 2.
10.4.2 In extreme cases, where unscheduled rehearsal overtime is required, musicians will agree except in exceptional circumstances to do the overtime up to a maximum of 15 minutes.
10.4.3 Should further unscheduled overtime be required, it will be subject to agreement. All unscheduled rehearsal overtime is calculated in units of fifteen minutes and paid at the rate shown in Schedule 2
Rehearsal Overtime. A Chorister who rehearses in excess of three and one-half (3-1/2) hours, during a Parks and/or off-season event rehearsal covered by weekly compensation, or two and one-half (2-1/2) hours during any other rehearsal shall, in addition to his/her weekly compensation, receive a sum equal to one-eightieth (1/80) of his/her weekly compensation for each segment of fifteen (15) minutes of such excess.
Rehearsal Overtime. A Chorister who rehearses in excess of two and one-half (2-1/2) hours at any rehearsal shall, in addition to his/her weekly compensation, receive a sum equal to one-eightieth (1/80) of his/her weekly compensation for each segment of fifteen (15) minutes of such excess.
Rehearsal Overtime. ARTIST shall be compensated in not less than one-quarter (1/4) hour increments for all rehearsal overtime, according to the rates as specified in 18 (a) above. The overtime rate applies when rehearsal exceeds the scheduled rehearsal time. If there is only five minutes of overtime, it will be paid in a five-minute increment at the overtime rate.
Rehearsal Overtime. Overtime rates for Musical and Production Rehearsals shall begin three (3) hours after the Call Time provided EMPLOYER may schedule a Dress Rehearsal of up to a maximum of six (6) hours before the payment of overtime.
Rehearsal Overtime. Overtime shall be paid at one and one half (1.5) times the rehearsal rate for each fifteen (15)- minute increment or fraction thereof for rehearsals that exceed three (3) hours.
Rehearsal Overtime. Time in excess of 3 hours shall be paid pro-rata in minimum 30 minute units at single time.
Rehearsal Overtime a. Rehearsals called or extending beyond 12:00 midnight shall be paid at one and one-half (1-1/2) times the applicable hourly rehearsal base scale, and such payment shall be applicable only to work performed after 12:00 midnight.
b. For musicals, operettas, and operas, musicians may be called for a minimum one (1) hour rehearsal not earlier than ninety (90) minutes before the advertised curtain time of a performance, and such rehearsal shall be paid at the prevailing performance overtime rate (Article IV).
c. For ballet, rehearsal hours in excess of a total of six and one- half (6-1/2) hours worked (whether in ballet performances or ballet rehearsals) in a day shall be paid at one and one-half (1-1/2) times the applicable rehearsal base scale.
d. Opera orchestra reading rehearsals, variety show rehearsals and industrial show rehearsals shall not exceed three (3) hours and shall be paid at the appropriate rehearsal rate.
e. For opera sitzprobes, wandelprobes, dress rehearsals and technical rehearsals, rehearsal time between three and one-half (3-1/2) and four (4) hours shall be paid at the rate of one and one-quarter (1-1/4) times the prevailing applicable rehearsal base scale in increments of not less than one-quarter (1/4) hour. Time in excess of four (4) hours shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the prevailing applicable rehearsal base scale in increments of not less than one-quarter (1/4) hour.
f. Hours paid for at overtime rates for any one purpose shall be excluded in computing overtime for other purposes.
