MAXIMUM DURATION OF STAY. 8.1 The maximum length of stay in any of our properties is 4 years. Once the maximum stay length has been reached you will not be able to stay in any of our properties for at least 2 years. After this period reapplications may be considered subject to availability and continuing to meet our qualifying criteria. Priority will always be given to first time residents.β€Œ
