Maximum Fee. As payment for satisfactory performance of the Services, Company shall receive a maximum fee not to exceed Seven Million and no/100 dollars ($7,000,000.00), although Company may receive no fee, since Institution is not required to procure consulting services exclusively from the selected master contract vendors, and may procure services from other sources when it is in the best interest of Institution to do so.
Maximum Fee. As payment for satisfactory performance of the Services, Company shall receive a maximum fee not to exceed Fifteen Million and no/100 dollars ($15,000,000.00) (“Fee”). This amount is a total not-to-exceed cost for services that may be procured from Company on an “as needed basis.”
Maximum Fee. Notwithstanding anything else in the Contract, the total amount payable by the City to the Supplier under the Contract shall not exceed [*insert maximum contract amount*] ($xxx).

Maximum Fee. As payment for satisfactory performance of the Services, Company shall receive a maximum fee not to exceed Five Hundred Thousand and no/100 dollars ($500,000.00) annually for printing services and One Hundred Thousand and no/100 ($100,000) annually for mail house services, although Company may receive no fee, since Institution is not required to procure printing or mail house services exclusively from the selected master contract vendors, and may procure services from other sources when it is in the best interest of Institution to do so.
Maximum Fee. As payment for satisfactory performance of the Services, Company shall receive a maximum fee not to exceed One Hundred Ten Thousand and no/100 dollars ($110,000.00) (“Fee”) plus reimbursement of all reasonable travel and travel-related expenses, as well as out-of-pocket expenses, such as advertising and background checks. This fee includes all administrative charges incurred directly by AGB Search as part of its overhead in the administration of this agreement.
Maximum Fee. CONSULTANT agrees that the maximum fee agreed to hereunder for all work performed shall be as set forth in Exhibit “A”.
