Maximum Reimbursement Amount. The maximum amount of reimbursement for Project shall not exceed the Maximum Reimbursement Amount. Neither Developer nor the General Contractor nor any Subcontractor, nor any combination thereof, shall be entitled to payment in excess of the Maximum Reimbursement Amount.
