Maximum Secured Recourse Leverage Ratio. Maintain as of each Test Date a ratio of Secured Recourse Indebtedness to Total Asset Value equal to not more than 10%.
Maximum Secured Recourse Leverage Ratio. Borrower shall not permit the ratio of Total Secured Indebtedness that is Recourse Indebtedness to Total Asset Value to exceed 0.01:1.0 In calculating the financial covenants pursuant to this Section 7.10, any obligations that are secured by Xxxxx described in clause (vi) of the definition of Permitted Liens shall not be deemed to be secured by a mortgage, deed of trust, lien, pledge, encumbrance or other security agreement.
Maximum Secured Recourse Leverage Ratio. Permit Consolidated Secured Recourse Indebtedness as of the last day of each fiscal quarter to exceed the greater of (i) three and one-half percent (3.5%) of Consolidated Total Asset Value as of such date and (ii) $299,000,000.
Maximum Secured Recourse Leverage Ratio. Permit on a Pro Forma Basis the ratio of (i) Total Secured Recourse Indebtedness to (ii) Total Asset Value to exceed 15% at any time on or after March 31, 2016.
Maximum Secured Recourse Leverage Ratio. Total Outstanding Secured Recourse Indebtedness to exceed 5% of Total Asset Value at any time that the Borrower does not have an Investment Grade Rating.
