May Hold Debt. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, Notes Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debt and/or additional Debt issued pursuant to Sections 2.13 and 3.2, if any, and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or any of their Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Notes Registrar or such other agent.
