Variation of interest and charges We are entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to vary or determine, at any time and from time to time, the amounts, rates, types and/or basis of calculation of all interests, fees and charges payable by you under this agreement after giving reasonable notice. Computation of Interest Except as otherwise specified as contemplated by Section 301 for Securities of any series, interest on the Securities of each series shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.
Accrual of interest Each Note (or in the case of the redemption of part only of a Note, that part only of such Note) will cease to bear interest (if any) from the date for its redemption unless payment of principal is improperly withheld or refused. Payment of Interest The Borrower to which a Loan has been made shall pay accrued interest on that Loan on the last day of each Interest Period (and, if the Interest Period is longer than six Months, on the dates falling at six monthly intervals after the first day of the Interest Period).
Determination of Rate of Interest and calculation of Interest Amounts The Agent will at or as soon as practicable after each time at which the Rate of Interest is to be determined, determine the Rate of Interest for the relevant Interest Period. Transfer of Interest Amount The Transfer of the Interest Amount will be made on the second Local Business Day following the end of each calendar month and on any other Local Business Day on which Posted Collateral in the form of Cash is Transferred to the Pledgor pursuant to Paragraph 3(b); provided, however, that the obligation of Party B to Transfer any Interest Amount to Party A shall be limited to the extent that Party B has earned and received such funds and such funds are available to Party B.
