Meal Breaks for Teachers. The Tiwi Education Board Inc shall provide the teacher with an unpaid and uninterrupted meal break of at least thirty (30) minutes per day between the hours of 10:00am and 1:00am. Such a meal break will not be aggregated.

Meal Breaks (a) An employee who works in excess of five hours will be entitled to an unpaid meal break of not less than 30 minutes and not more than 60 minutes.
