Meaning of Words. Any and all headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not modify, define or limit the provisions of it. Words of any gender shall be deemed and construed to include correlative words of the other gender. Words importing the singular number shall include all supplements and/or amendments to any such exhibits or documents entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. All references to any person or entity shall be deemed to include any person or entity succeeding to the rights, duties and obligations of such person or entity in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Where reference is made in this Agreement or to another Contract Document, the reference refers to that provision as amended or supplemented by the other provisions of the Contract Documents. No provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted for or against a party because that party or its legal representative drafted such provision, and this Agreement shall be construed as if jointly prepared by the parties.
