Common use of Means of Performing Work Clause in Contracts

Means of Performing Work. The Inspector shall control the means of providing services under this Agreement, and the Municipality will not control the details of the Work. The Municipality shall have no control or supervision over the Inspector, other than accepting or rejecting the Work.
