Common use of Measurable Skill Gains Clause in Contracts

Measurable Skill Gains. CONTRACTOR will conduct a pre-test at the beginning of each workshop to assess skill level of each client prior to TRAINING PROGRAM. CONTRACTOR will conduct a post-test at the end of each workshop to measure skill gain of each client after taking TRAINING PROGRAM. CONTRACTOR will submit a copy of each client’s pre-and post-test to CITY upon successful completion of a workshop for each client funded under this AGREEMENT. Such document(s) shall be submitted to CITY within ten (10) working days following TRAINING PROGRAM completion.
