Common use of Measured Internet Traffic Clause in Contracts

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy WCS shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy ENT shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy iNetworks shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy PBX shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy Carrier shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. 3.1.4 To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy ADSC shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Princeton shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Wide Voice shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy Everstream shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Ygnition shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy NexGen shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Cost Plus shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Voxbeam shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy CBAD shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.Section

To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy shall pay) Frontier’s Band CLEC applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy QuantumShift shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Slt shall pay) Frontier’s Verizon s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s Verizon s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy INA shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy PNG shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy Xxxx Tell shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy Futiva shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy CTSI shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy PacOptic shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy CPV shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy CLEC Party shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy BCN shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy One Voice shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy WiMacTel shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy shall pay) Frontier’s applicable TCA rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s f applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Nettalk shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Bandwidth shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy XXX shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy INdigital shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Mosaic shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy BLC shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy NHC shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Airbus shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Syniverse shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Synergem shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy Ednetics shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy CLC shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Xxxxxx shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy dishNet shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy D-Max shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy WVN shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Citrix shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy MTC shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy TQCI shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Smartrak shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy PN shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy QCC shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Hypercube shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy TCG shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy PEG shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy TWCIS shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy LNS shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy MCIm shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Genesis shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy 365 shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s Airus applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy InteleTel shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy CCES shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Selectel shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy BLC shall pay) Frontier’s Verizon s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s Verizon s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy SLT shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy Spectrotel shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Talk America shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy GCTC shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.

To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the types set forth in Sections 3.1.3.1 and/or 3.1.3.5, other than the obligation to pay intercarrier compensation charges pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, neither Party shall have any obligation to pay the other Party any charges in connection with any Fiber Meet arrangements established under this Agreement. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Threshold shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy Comcast shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

Measured Internet Traffic. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier Verizon shall charge (and Onvoy API shall pay) FrontierVerizon’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and FrontierVerizon’s applicable Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Verizon Tandem.

To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.2, the transport and termination of such traffic shall be subject to the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.3, the Party originating such traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic at the rates and charges set forth in the Agreement and applicable Tariffs. To the extent that a Fiber Meet arrangement established under this Agreement is used for the transmission and routing of traffic of the type set forth in Section 3.1.3.4, Frontier shall charge (and Onvoy shall pay) Frontier’s applicable rates and charges as set forth in the Agreement and Frontier’s applicable WCL Tariffs, including transport charges to the terminating Frontier Tandem.
