Measurement Equipment Out of Service or Repair. If the measurement equipment is found to be measuring inaccurately and the amount of Gas delivered cannot be ascertained or computed from the reading, then the Gas delivered shall be estimated and agreed upon by the Parties based on the best data available, using the first available of the following:
