Measurement of Saltwater Collected by Truck. Saltwater collected by truck shall be measured either by the Measurement Facilities into which such Saltwater is delivered or by gauging the water level in Producer’s tanks into which such water is delivered or by such other method as shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties.
