Measuring WHOIS. RDDS parameters. Every 5 minutes, WHOIS- RDDS probes will select one IP address from all the public-DNS registered “IP addresses” of the servers for each WHOIS-RDDS service of the TLD being monitored and make an “WHOIS-RDDS test” to each one. If an “WHOIS-RDDS test” result is unanswered, the corresponding WHOIS-RDDS service will be considered as unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.

  • Measuring DNS parameters Every minute, every DNS probe will make an UDP or TCP “DNS test” to each of the public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” of the name servers of the domain name being monitored. If a “DNS test” result is undefined/unanswered, the tested IP will be considered unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.

  • Measuring EPP parameters Every 5 minutes, EPP probes will select one “IP address” of the EPP servers of the TLD being monitored and make an “EPP test”; every time they should alternate between the 3 different types of commands and between the commands inside each category. If an “EPP test” result is undefined/unanswered, the EPP service will be considered as unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.

  • Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference.

  • Measurement Should the State terminate this contract as herein provided, no fees other than fees due and payable at the time of termination shall thereafter be paid to the Engineer. In determining the value of the work performed by the Engineer prior to termination, the State shall be the sole judge. Compensation for work at termination will be based on a percentage of the work completed at that time. Should the State terminate this contract under paragraph (4) or (5) above, the Engineer shall not incur costs during the thirty-day notice period in excess of the amount incurred during the preceding thirty days.

Seller will maintain and operate, at its own, expense and at the point of delivery of gas hereunder, a meteror meters and othernecessary equipment by which the volume of gas delivered hereunder shall be measured. All Installation of measuring equipment, applying to or effecUng deliveries hereunder, shall be made in such manner as lo permit an accurate determination of the quantity of gas delivered and ready verification of the accuracy of measurement. Ortfice meter Jnstallatlons, If used, shall conform to the recommendation for design and Installation contained in the Gas Measurement Commlltee Report No. 3 lo the American Gas Association published April, 1955, and any modifications and amendments !hereof and shall include the use of flange connections.
