Measuring DNS parameters Every minute, every DNS probe will make an UDP or TCP “DNS test” to each of the public-‐DNS registered “IP addresses” of the name servers of the domain name being monitored. If a “DNS test” result is undefined/unanswered, the tested IP will be considered unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.
Measuring EPP parameters Every 5 minutes, EPP probes will select one “IP address” of the EPP servers of the TLD being monitored and make an “EPP test”; every time they should alternate between the 3 different types of commands and between the commands inside each category. If an “EPP test” result is undefined/unanswered, the EPP service will be considered as unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.
Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference.
Measurement Should the State terminate this contract as herein provided, no fees other than fees due and payable at the time of termination shall thereafter be paid to the Engineer. In determining the value of the work performed by the Engineer prior to termination, the State shall be the sole judge. Compensation for work at termination will be based on a percentage of the work completed at that time. Should the State terminate this contract under paragraph (4) or (5) above, the Engineer shall not incur costs during the thirty-day notice period in excess of the amount incurred during the preceding thirty days.
MEASURING EQUIPMENT 1. Seller will maintain and operate, at its own, expense and at the point of delivery of gas hereunder, a meteror meters and othernecessary equipment by which the volume of gas delivered hereunder shall be measured. Such meters and equipment shall remain the property of the Seller. 2. Xxxxx agrees to furnish to Seller e\ectrtclty for operaUng Sellers meters, al not cost to Seller. 3. Buyer hereby grants to Seller suitable rights-of-way and easements necessary or Incidental for the Installation, maintenance, operation and removal of pipeline and other facilities togetherwilh rights of Ingress thereto and egress there from at all times and hereby agrees to deliver to Seller, for the sum of one dollar ($1.00), an appropriate Instrument or grant defining such rights and easements located on Buye(s plant site. 4. Buyer may Install, maintain and operate such check measuring equipment, Including arecording gravitometer and calorimeter as it shall desire, provided that such equipment shall be so installed so as notto Interfere with the operation of Sellers measuring equipment at ornear the point of deliver. However, all xxxxxxxx to the Buyer shall be based on the metering of the Seller, subject only to the provisions of Paragraph 8of this Article. 5. Each party shall have the right to be present at the Ume of any installing, reading, cleaning, changing, repairing, inspecting, testing, calibrating, or adjusting done in connecUon with the others measuring equipment used in measuring delivertes hereunder and each party shall advise the other of any intended major maintenance operation sufflclenlly In advance in order that the other party may conveniently have Its representative present 6. All Installation of measuring equipment, applying to or effecUng deliveries hereunder, shall be made in such manner as lo permit an accurate determination of the quantity of gas delivered and ready verification of the accuracy of measurement. Ortfice meter Jnstallatlons, If used, shall conform to the recommendation for design and Installation contained in the Gas Measurement Commlltee Report No. 3 lo the American Gas Association published April, 1955, and any modifications and amendments !hereof and shall include the use of flange connections.
