Common use of Mechanical Breakdowns Clause in Contracts

Mechanical Breakdowns. 15.1 Any mechanical problems associated with the Vehicle must be reported to Apollo as soon as possible in order to give Apollo the opportunity to rectify the problem during the rental period. Equipment failure must also be reported to Apollo. 15.2 Subject to the rights and obligations arising under the ACL, if Apollo is not contacted or You do not allow Apollo the opportunity to rectify the problem during the rental period You agree that the problem is of such a minor nature that You make no claim for loss of time in respect of the rental period.
