Dispatching. 1. Dispatchers will schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the trips scheduled for each day;
2. Dispatchers will assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on time by providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed.
3. Dispatchers will monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner.
4. Dispatchers will provide continuous monitoring of assigned radio frequencies during all hours that vehicles are in service, answer and respond to telephone calls on the Ride Status line, and respond to calls from drivers and OoA staff.
Dispatching. CONTRACTOR shall provide qualified and trained personnel to: • Schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the service hour schedules and scheduled trips for each day; • Assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on-time, providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed; • Monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner; and, • Ensure that unanticipated service demands, passenger and vehicle accidents, other events and general service delivery are handled and performed in accordance with OoA policies and procedures. Dispatching staff are to be on-duty from the time the first SNEMT vehicle is in service until the last SNEMT vehicle is out of service. Dispatch staff will also ensure that: • All voice radio communications that pertain to SNEMT comply with FCC rules and regulations, and that regulations are enforced; • Average hold times on ride check calls are maintained at no more than two (2) minutes; and The OoA “no stranded passengers” policy is enforced.

Dispatching. Customer will adhere to gas dispatching policies and procedures established by Company from time-to-time to facilitate service under this Agreement. Company will inform Customer of any changes in dispatching policies that may affect this Agreement as they occur.
Dispatching. Currently existing dispatching offices shall be con- tinued and supported by the local parties as provided in local supplements. (See Addenda, Dispatch Hall Costs.)
Dispatching. CRC shall, from local locations or a location agreed upon by CSXT and NSR, control the dispatching, scheduling and movement of, and Switching and Yard Services for, all trains (including Operator Trains and CRC Trains) over the Shared Assets (other than Operator's Facilities, unless requested to do so by the Operator thereof) without any discrimination at any time in favor of or against either Operator, but in accordance with written policies and priorities for categories of freight, type of Railcar, size of train and train destinations established from time to time by the General Manager and approved by the CRC Board to achieve the maximum efficiency and lowest aggregate Shared Asset costs of CRC and the Operators, provided, however, that CSXT and NSR from time to time shall consider, and in the sole discretion of each may adopt, mutually acceptable arrangements giving each Operator one controlled route through the Shared Assets Area to the extent practicable and, if the parties fail to adopt mutually acceptable arrangements giving either Operator such a controlled route, CRC shall control dispatching, scheduling and train movements over the affected Shared Assets as heretofore provided. CRC shall also control the dispatching, scheduling, movement and Switching and Yard Services for all CRC Trains and Operator Trains over the current CRC River Line between CP 2 and CP 5. Dispatching, scheduling and movement of trains performed by either Operator under this Section 3(j) shall conform to the same standards of non-discrimination, written policies and priorities applicable to the control of such functions by CRC at other locations included within the Shared Assets Area.
Dispatching a. The COMMISSION will dispatch personnel and/or equipment to any known forest, brush, grass fire; to any fire of unknown character; or to any fire at the request of the FIRE DEPARTMENT.
b. The FIRE DEPARTMENT will dispatch personnel to any known structure, building, residence fire; to any fire of unknown character; or to any fire at the request of the COMMISSION.
Dispatching. 9.01 Pilots shall be dispatched in accordance with the Dispatching Rules presently in effect. It is understood that temporary rules may be required to meet any new situation. Anything in this Agreement supersedes any difference in working rules.
Dispatching. 13.01 a) Pilots shall be dispatched to ships in accordance with the Working Rules and Dispatching Procedures presently in effect and attached as Schedule "A" to this Agreement. These Dispatching Rules shall not be modified by the Authority without the written consent of the Corporation. Where there is a discrepancy between the Agreement and the Working Rules and Dispatching Procedures, the Agreement shall have precedence.
Dispatching. Heavy-duty Tow trucks will be dispatched at the direction of law enforcement. Dispatchers will notify the appropriate HDPATSA holder for the specific zone and day of the incident details and initiate a dispatch. Tow Fee EXHIBIT “A-1” Heavy Duty Towing Bill of Rights $243.50 per hour, 2-hour minimum – The heavy duty tow rates are set by State and Local laws on an annual basis. The two-hour minimum time starts at the time of dispatch. Scene Clean-up There are no regulated fees regarding recovery scene clean-up. The heavy duty tow company should provide you with a detailed bill listing the equipment, labor and time utilized to clean the scene. Additional fees based on hazardous materials may apply.
