MedCo Improvements License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, MedCo hereby grants Alnylam a non-transferable (except as provided in Section 13.1), sublicenseable (subject to Section 6.2.3), worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license under any MedCo Improvements to research, develop, manufacture and/or commercialize products containing siRNA molecules in the Field and in the Territory. Such license is subject to the exclusive license grants to MedCo under Section 6.1 and the terms of Section 9.5.1.
