Media Disclosure. The Contractor will not provide information to the media regarding a recipient of services purchased under this Contract without first consulting the ODHS office that referred the child or family. The Contractor will make immediate contact with the ODHS office when media contact occurs. The ODHS office will assist the Contractor with an appropriate follow-up response for the media.
