Common use of Media Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Media Disclosure. The Contractor shall not provide information to the media regarding a recipient of Services purchased under this Contract without first consulting the Agency office which referred the [child, youth or family]. The Contractor will make immediate contact with the Agency’s office when media contact occurs. The Agency’s office will assist the Contractor with an appropriate follow-up response for the media.
