Common use of Media Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Media Disclosure. County will not provide information to the media regarding a recipient of services purchased under this Agreement without first consulting the ODHS office that referred the child or family. County will make immediate contact with the ODHS office when media contact occurs. The ODHS office will assist County with an appropriate follow-up response for the media.
