Media Literacy Clause Samples

The Media Literacy clause establishes requirements or guidelines for educating individuals about how to critically access, analyze, evaluate, and create media in various forms. In practice, this clause may mandate the inclusion of media literacy programs in educational curricula or require organizations to provide training that helps people recognize misinformation, understand media bias, and responsibly use digital platforms.
