Common use of Media Relations Clause in Contracts

Media Relations. 16.1 Each party may publicise and report on the awarding of the Funding, including the Recipient's and any of its subcontractor’s names, the amount of the Funding and a brief description of the Activities on websites and in media releases, general announcements and annual reports. Recipients must provide ACC with prior written notice of any such public announcement. 16.2 The Recipient may not make any public announcement beyond the scope of clause 16.1 without the prior written approval of ACC’s Contract Manager; such approval shall not unreasonably be withheld. 16.3 Neither Party may post on websites, social networking sites or publicly display objectionable or derogatory comments about the Activities, this Agreement, each other, or any of their Personnel. 16.4 he Recipient will refer any enquiries from the media or any other person about the terms or performance of this Agreement to ACC.
