Common use of Media Releases Clause in Contracts

Media Releases. All media releases, public announcements, and public disclosures by either Party relating to this Contract or the subject matter of this Contract, including promotional or marketing material (both internal and external), but not including announcements intended solely for internal distribution or to meet legal or regulatory requirements beyond the reasonable control of the disclosing Party, shall be coordinated with and approved by the other Party prior to release.

Media Releases. All media releases, public announcements, announcements and public disclosures by either Party the Parties or their respective employees, representatives or agents relating to this Contract Agreement or the its subject matter of this Contractmatter, including promotional or marketing material (both internal and external)annual account reports, but not including announcements any announcement intended solely for internal distribution by any of the Parties, or to meet legal any disclosure required by Requirements of Law or accounting or regulatory requirements beyond the reasonable control of any of the disclosing PartyParties, shall be coordinated with and approved in writing by the other Party Parties prior to releasethe release thereof.

All Except for any announcement intended solely for internal distribution by either party or any disclosure required by legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements, all media releases, public announcements, and or public disclosures disclosures, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, by either Party party or its employees or agents relating to this Contract Agreement or its subject matter, or including the subject matter of this Contract, including promotional or marketing material (both internal and external), but not including announcements intended solely for internal distribution or to meet legal or regulatory requirements beyond the reasonable control Marks of the disclosing Partyother party or any affiliate of such party, shall be coordinated with and approved in writing by the other Party party prior to releasethe release thereof.

All press and media releases, public announcements, announcements and public disclosures by either Party of the parties relating to this Contract Agreement or the its subject matter of this Contractmatter, including without limitation promotional or marketing material (both internal and external), but not including announcements any announcement intended solely for internal distribution by a party to its directors, officers and employees or to meet legal any disclosures required by legal, accounting, regulatory or regulatory stock exchange requirements beyond the reasonable control of the disclosing Party, shall such party) will be coordinated with and approved by the other Party both parties prior to releasethe release thereof.
