ZA Regarding Acer-supplied software accompanying the System, Acer warrants the “hard copy” media, e.g. diskettes, CD-ROMs upon which this software is delivered to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 180 days after the date of purchase by the end user. In the event that you receive defective media, Acer will replace the defective media at no charge to you. Except for this media warranty, any software is provided “As Is”. Acer does not warrant that the operation of this software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that this software will meet your requirements.
