Vynálezy Inventions whether or not patentable, processes, know-how, results, trade secrets, data, improvements, patents and/or other intellectual property relating to the Investigational Product or otherwise arising from the Study, conceived, generated or first reduced to practice, as the case may be, during the term of this Agreement (hereinafter called “Inventions”), shall, without further remuneration for Institution and/or Principal Investigator, be the property of the Sponsor.
