Mediation of Unresolved Disputes. Seller and Buyer will in Good Faith attempt to resolve all Unresolved Disputes by non-binding mediation. Buyer and Seller will negotiate in Good Faith to determine the mediator, the mediator’s compensation and related costs, and the applicable rules for the mediation. If by the 15th day following the Resolution Failure Date Seller and Buyer have been unable to settle an Unresolved Dispute the obligations of Seller and Buyer in this Section 18 will terminate with respect to the Unresolved Dispute.
