Medicaid Billing Support. If any member acquires the licensure for Medicaid billing while employed with the district, the district will reimburse him/her for their state licensure fees. Additionally, specialists who are licensed to, and perform, the completion of paperwork for Medicaid billing shall receive a year-end stipend of one thousand dollars ($1,000).
