Its core function is to ensure that parties have access to necessary expertise to address complex or technical issues, thereby improving project outcomes and reducing the risk of errors or misunderstandings.

Specialist Support. 3.1 Specialist support will continue to provide support to Adult Services, Children’s Service and Criminal Justice Services. This will be a shared service between NHSH and THC. 3.2 The purpose of this schedule is to provide a documented understanding of the services provided rather than a formal Service Level Agreement. It is intended that current levels of service will continue and volumes of service detailed in this and other schedules should be taken as a guideline or proxy as to what those levels of service are and could be used as a baseline to determine permanent significant variations in the levels of support required. As this support team will be based in NHSH, this schedule specifically highlights the services which will continue to be provided to Children’s Services and Criminal Justice as part of a shared service.
