Common use of MEDICAL AND HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS Clause in Contracts

MEDICAL AND HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS. The Company shall, at its own expense, provide the Executive and his eligible dependents with the medical, health and dental insurance coverage generally provided by the Company to its other executive employees.

MEDICAL AND HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS. The Company shall, at its own sole expense, provide the Executive and his eligible dependents with the medical, health and dental insurance coverage at least comparable to such coverage enjoyed by the Executive immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement or, at the election of the Executive, the coverage generally provided by the Company to its other executive employees.
