Common use of Medical and Hospital Care Clause in Contracts

Medical and Hospital Care. DM&E will provide payment for the actual expense of medical and hospital care commencing within 120 days after an accident covered under paragraph (a) of injuries incurred as a result of such accident, subject to limitation of $3,000 for any employee for anyone accident, less any amounts payable under medical insurance provided the employee by DM&E.
