Common use of Medical Care for Employees Clause in Contracts

Medical Care for Employees. Provider shall make payment of all sums to any person, co-partnership, association or corporation, furnishing medical, surgical and/or hospital care incident to the sickness or injury of Provider's employee(s), all sums which Provider agrees to pay for such services and all monies and sums which Provider collected or deducted from the wages of employees pursuant to any law, contract or contract for the purpose of providing or paying for such service. (ORS 279B.230)
