Medical/Dental Benefits. a. Participation in the British Columbia Medical Services Plan, including the Provincial Extended Health Benefit Plan, shall be a condition of employment for all teachers and teachers on a long term assignment of forty (40) days or longer, appointed to the district half-time or more, and are qualified to participate under the plan. The premiums shall be paid entirely by the Board. b. Participation in the MSA Dental Care Plan shall be a condition of employment for teachers, appointed to the district half-time or more, joining the staff of this district after December 31, 1981. The Board shall pay 75% of the premium costs.
