Medical Exemption Sample Clauses

A Medical Exemption clause allows a party to be excused from certain obligations or requirements under a contract due to medical reasons. Typically, this clause applies when an individual is unable to perform duties, attend events, or meet deadlines because of illness, injury, or a certified medical condition, often requiring documentation from a healthcare professional. Its core function is to provide flexibility and fairness by accommodating unforeseen health issues, thereby protecting parties from penalties or breaches that result from legitimate medical circumstances.
