Common use of Medical Group’s Responsibility for Delegated Activities Clause in Contracts

Medical Group’s Responsibility for Delegated Activities. Medical Group shall be responsible for the performance of all Delegated Activities, as specified in Exhibit 2. Medical Group shall have no right to modify Exhibit 2 or Medical Group’s obligations to perform Delegated Activities without PacifiCare’s prior written consent.
