MEDICAL INFORMATION BUREAU. REINSURER is required to strictly adhere to the Medical Information Bureau Rules, and CEDING COMPANY agrees to abide by these Rules, as amended from time to time. CEDING COMPANY will not submit a preliminary notice, application for reinsurance, or reinsurance cession to REINSURER unless CEDING COMPANY has an authentic, signed preliminary or regular application for insurance in its home office and the current required Medical Information Bureau authorization.
