MEDICAL INFORMATION BUREAU. The Reinsurer is required to strictly adhere to the Medical Information Bureau Rules, and the Company agrees to abide by these Rules, as amended from time to time. The Company will not submit a preliminary notice, application for reinsurance, or reinsurance cession to the Reinsurer unless the Company has an authentic, signed preliminary or regular application for insurance in its home office and the current required Medical Information Bureau authorization.
