Common use of Medical Insurance Continuation Benefit Clause in Contracts

Medical Insurance Continuation Benefit. Upon a timely election of the continuation coverage under COBRA by Executive, the Medical Insurance Continuation Benefit for the Insurance Continuation Period as set forth in Section 5.4(b) above. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement to the contrary, under no circumstances, shall the Executive be permitted to exercise any discretion to modify the amount, timing or form of payment or benefit described in this Section 6.2.
