Medical Protocols. The Contractor shall comply with Medical Protocols and other requirements of the system standard of care as established by the Medical Director Current Medical Protocols will remain on file at the Office of the County Administrator.
Medical Protocols. Each party is responsible for compliance with their own approved medical protocols. All parties are encouraged to exchange medical protocols for the benefit of all parties.
Medical Protocols. UBH shall make UBH's medical protocols available to Provider on request during regular business hours. If UBH denies coverage for a treatment, service or procedure Provider provides to a Member under this Agreement, UBH will provide Provider with a copy of the relevant medical protocol, on Provider's request.
