Medical Staff, Quality of Care. 1Cooperation with Medical Staff. Manager shall reasonably cooperate and maintain liaisons with the medical staff of the DQH Facilities (collectively, the “Medical Staff”) and shall advise and assist the Medical Staff concerning procedural matters and standards and guidelines on accreditation promulgated by The Joint Commission or any other applicable accreditation organization. However, all medical, ethical, and professional matters, including control of and questions relating to the composition, qualifications, and responsibilities of the Medical Staff, shall be the responsibility of the Governing Body, the Credentialing Committee, and the Medical Staff of the DQH Facilities.
