Common use of Medicare-Eligible SNBC Non-SNP Enrollees Clause in Contracts

Medicare-Eligible SNBC Non-SNP Enrollees. ‌ For SNBC Enrollees with only Part A or Part B as shown in MMIS, the STATE will pay the Medicaid capitation until the Enrollee is disenrolled from SNBC. If the Enrollee has permanently lost both Medicare Parts A and B, the Enrollee remains enrolled in SNBC as a Medicaid Enrollee.
