MEETING DBE CONTRACT GOAL CRITERIA. The award of the Contract will be conditioned upon satisfaction of the requirements herein established. The apparent low bidder must either meet or exceed the DBE goals for the contract or satisfy KDOT that good faith efforts were made to meet the goals prior to the bid letting.
