Meeting Frequency. 11.1. The NaMCF shall meet at least ten (10) times annually, and at other times as requested by members of the committee. 11.2. The NaMCF will meet at: 11.3. Meetings can also be convened more frequently than monthly to deal with emergent issues. When such meetings are called they should be scheduled at a time and venue that facilitates optimal attendance by NaMCF members.
